Yogalaya in Sanskrit means "Home of Yoga" , a place to practice the union of mind, body, and spirit, emphasizing inner peace, meditation, and balancing physical and mental health, rather than just physical poses (asanas). Our Studio is a welcoming space dedicated to the complete journey of yoga, inner peace and self discovery.




About me
Neeta Singh, Founder and Yoga Teacher
I am a certified Yoga teacher (RYT 200, RYT 500), with over 12 years of practicing Yoga and over 5 years’ experience in teaching Yoga at all levels. I believe that Yoga is not only a fantastic way to improve physical health but also a more stress-free and happy way of living. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience of Yoga and strive to make my sessions welcoming to Yoga practitioners of any level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, which emphasizes a fluid sequence of Asanas/poses linking breath and movement. Besides teaching Yoga and constantly reading and learning more about it, I enjoy learning about nutrition, healthy living, Ayurveda, natural remedies, as well as traveling, experiencing different cultures and cuisine.
